Meet Our Team

Tommy Richardson is from Collegeville and attended Methacton High School. He built his first house with his neighbor and best friend at the age of 15.  After graduation he became a Union Carpenter and graduated top of his class.  He took some time off to serve in the Marine Corps then returned to the trade.  In 1994 he started Home Concepts Construction Co.  He is a Master Carpenter but is also highly proficient in many of the trades as well as project management.

Wendy Kaminsky also graduated from Methacton High School, and is a Graduate of Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. She has a BS in Marketing and Finance as well as an associates in Business Management from Montgomery County Community College. Wendy is a valuable part of our marketing and office management.  She is also very hands on and is one of our installers. She isn’t afraid to get down and dirty to get the job done.  She pours panels for our outdoor kitchens and handles the ordering for many of our projects.  Her customer service and management skills are paramount to our growth.

Chris Maguire is a graduate of Merrimack College with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.  Chris is Wendy’s cousin so he knows the pride that we take in every project and that is why we choose him to join our team in March of 2018.  He has a great set of fabricating skills and he is also one of our Installers.
Chris handles much of the daily operations and hands on installs.  He is a valuable part of our company with a great outlook and future providing services to our clients.

Lane Richardson is the founders son and has been working with his father since he was about 12 years old.  He is a Graduate from Cabrini University and is also a certified Paralegal.  He handles some of the day to day operations for smaller projects and works side by side with the rest of the Crew to pour, peel, and create the products we offer.

These are our supervisors, Daisy and Drogo. They are in charge of making sure we do enough quality work so that they can continue to do the very best job at holding down the fort.  Such as laying on the bed to make sure it doesn’t move.  Holding down the couch for hours at a time so that it also doesn’t somehow move when nobody is watching.  Most importantly they make sure that we get to relax at night catering to their needs. They are both gluttons for treats!
